Welcome From the Head of School

Welcome to Marin Horizon!

I am delighted by your interest in Marin Horizon School. Since its founding in 1977, Marin Horizon has been educating students in a fundamentally different—and impactful—way. Marin Horizon is a place of creative, active learning built around the intellectual and social needs of children. While I could write at length about the strengths of Marin Horizon, the essence of our school is best summarized by our 5 pillars:
